Meldra Driscoll has created art from an early age and specializes in teaching watercolor to beginners. She states that “the beginner who realizes they can create art, is her inspiration for teaching beginners”, and vows to make the experience of learning, a peaceful, unique and relaxing new skill for anyone wanting to put in practice time to learn. Meldra has been teaching art to beginners for the past 45 years and loves to watch them develop under her direction.
