Lisa Hyndman grew up in a small town in Eastern WA on a farm her grandmother bought in the late 70’s. Her grandmother was something of a free spirit, an oil painter in her own right with a love for the outdoors, the wild west, and adventure.
Lisa grew up watching her grandmother paint and listened to her endless stories of growing up horseback in the wild west of Arizona and Colorado.
A perfect life according to Lisa is equal parts time spent horseback and time spent at the easel. She believes the beauty of nature and living an authentic “cowgirl” lifestyle is the key to endless inspiration to bring to the canvas.
