Kids React! Art Show

You can see art made by famous artists like Vincent van Gogh, Frieda Kahlo, and Salvador Dali in museums and galleries all over the world – now you can see YOUR art on display during Larson Gallery’s pop-up Kids React! Art Show.

PARTICIPATING IS EASY!
First, choose a theme inspired by these famous artists:

#1: MY SPACE – Vincent van Gogh
#2: MY SELF – Frieda Kahlo
#3: MY IMAGINATION – Salvador Dali

Kids React! Theme #1: MY SPACE

Be inspired by the world around you.

Draw things you see in your home, a favorite room or place – like Vincent van Gogh’s starry nighttime sky, bedroom or vase of sunflowers.

Kids React! Theme #2: MY SELF

Create a self-portrait.

Include your family, friends, or pets – like Frieda Kahlo’s self-portrait with her pet spider monkey, Fulang-Chang.

Kids React! Theme #3: MY IMAGINATION

Go Wild!

Throw out the rules and explore worlds and creatures only you can imagine – like Salvador Dali’s melting clocks or happy unicorn.

Then Create Your Masterpiece!

Entries due by Sat. nov. 23 at 5pm

USE ANYTHING YOU WANT (paint, pencil, marker, colored pencil etc.) on any letter size piece of paper (8.5×11 inch).
FILL OUT AN ENTRY FORM Download here or pick one up from the Larson Gallery.
DELIVER YOUR ART to the Larson Gallery at 1606 W. Nob Hill Blvd. by NOVEMBER 23 at 5PM.
VISIT THE ART SHOW with your friends and family on December 14 – 21, 2024!

Show us how you celebrate Christmas or the winter holidays by entering your original artwork. One winning design will be chosen for the Larson Gallery’s holiday postcard! Plus more awards and prizes! Open to kids 12 and under.
