Dorothy Allard Richards is a former ad agency creative director with a long career in art direction and design. A lifelong passion for art fuels a studio practice as a multidisciplinary artist. She is dedicated to the arts – actively contributing as a community art supporter, advocate, and volunteer to promote artists and broaden public access to the arts.

Christelle Gorman

Christelle Gorman is a philanthropic professional and entrepreneur from Côte d’Ivoire with over a decade of international grantmaking and nonprofit leadership experience. A Gonzaga University graduate and former Chair of the Smithsonian National Museum of African Art, she founded bijoot.com to empower African women through mentorship. She is fluent in French, English, Spanish, and three African languages. Christelle is a wife and mom of three wonderful children.

Rene Kotzin is an Administrative Operations Supervisor for a large public accounting firm, where she has developed extensive experience in operations and event planning. She enjoys creating memorable experiences through corporate and community events and brings that same enthusiasm to her work with the Larson Gallery. When she’s not at work, Rene embraces adventure and can often be found skiing at White Pass, backpacking, hiking, traveling, or attending music festivals.

Rosie Saldaña
Board Member
Rosie Saldana is a working artist, tattoo artist, and an art instructor at Heritage University located in Toppenish WA. She received her master’s in museum studies in 2023. On top of these responsibilities Rosie works with local Yakima galleries and artist groups to showcase diverse art exhibitions and pop-up shows. She is currently a member of Mezcla collective whose mission is to support and advocate for Latine artists in Central Washington. Through her art and leadership, she hopes to reclaim space and a voice for cultures and people who are not often depicted, appreciated, or respected in our society. Her work has been featured in galleries and museums around WA state and she has juried for multiple exhibitions.

Victoria Urrutia is a first generation Mexican American artist, tattoo artist, and graphic designer with her BFA in Graphic Design from Central Washington University. She works as a tattoo artist at Good Times N Tattoos in Yakima, WA and is a founding member of Mezcla Collective. A latino collective of artists creating showcasing opportunities for underrepresented creatives in central Washington.
