Born and raised in Yakima, Washington, Stephen is the first and only non-Asian to get into and graduate from the Chinese Painting College of the China Central Academy of Fine Art with a master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Painting. After spending 15 years living in China, he has recently returned to his hometown to begin a new journey. 1968 Born in Yakima, Washington, USA
