CRITERIA FOR APPLICANTS

 

Greetings from the Larson Gallery Guild Board

Welcome to registration for the 2026 Yakima Art Festival. This year’s event will be held at the Yakima downtown Rotary Marketplace on June 27th from 10am – 4pm.

Set up starts at 8am.

 Visitors and the events listed above will be under cover, and artists will still need to provide tents. 

Participation is limited to 40 spaces, so apply early! Deadline for submissions is April 24, 2026, or when all spaces are filled, whichever occurs first. This registration page will close once the event spaces are full. 

Payment and your completed application form must arrive by post, in-person, or electronically (preferred) to be considered.

Art Festival Registration Form

You may register for an individual space for $60 or register to share a space with a partner for $40. If applying with a partner, please register separately and include the name of your partner in the registration form.

Payment options for a booth at the Yakima Art Festival include Paypal/Credit Card, in-person at the gallery, over the phone, or by check. For checks please put Yakima Art Festival in the Memo line and mail payment to…
